- Half Kilo boneless chicken
- ½ cup curd
- 1 lemon
- Chicken tikka masala
- Raw Egg white
- 1 table spoon Corn flour
- 1 table spoon Maida
- Ginger Garlic paste
- Red Chilly powder
- Salt if needed as using chicken tikka masala.
Take a big bowl put the chicken in it. Make sure you cut the boneless chicken as per your size requirement .Now mix all the ingredients with chicken except Curd. Make sure Curd is not used while mixing.
Let the mixture marinate for atleast 1 hour. So that chicken get tender and mixture flavor is absorbed in chicken. Take a small kadai and add enough oil to fry the chicken. Here we need patience you cannot put all the chicken in kadai to fry it. Add 2-3 pieces and fry it like a bhajiya for 4-5 mins in mid flame. This will allow your chicken to be cooked good without getting burnt. Once your frying portion is done try to rinse the extra oil.
Now take a frying pan add 1 table spoon oil. Heat it and add rai, little green chilly and kadipatta for tadka. Once all these ingredient starts bursting add the curd in it with a pinch or so red chilly powder. Here make sure you don’t stop stirring, just stir for few seconds and than add the prepared chicken in it. Mix the content well and add some lemon on it.
Here your Spicy Curd Lemon chicken is ready, you can garnish it with coriander if needed. It goes very good with Mutton Biryani.
