Most of us like to have noodles, with variant Chinese dishes. This one food item of Chinese has dominated most of people of this world.
Now that we are habituated to try the restaurant noodles, we have come up recipet to make noodles at home. These fresh noodles will surely give you much different taste than the one which you eat at restaurants.

Process to prepare Egg Pepper Noodles:
The time to cook these raw noodles is very less but to get the noodle cut in good shape is art.
First take a bowl and get the egg smashed in it. Make sure you have fully smashed the egg. Now add the Manda into it and the hand grinded pepper too. Please use your hands to mix the content well, make sure the content is thick and soft dough.
Once the dough is prepared, spread the dough as much as thin possible. Now either roll the dough or if needed make layer roll too.You need to now cut the dough in thin or thick pieces as per your need. Once you cut the dough, you will see long fresh raw noodle with sprinkles of pepper in it.
Take a big container and heat water in it. Here you need to add salt as per your taste and put the prepared noodle in it. Boil it for 10 minutes or so and remove the noodle.
Your fresh homemade Egg Pepper Noodle is ready to be cooked using various Chinese sauces.
