This is dish very health as well very tasty. It’s full of proteins, good for body building too. Many of us eat either of these to get more protein but at times you feel bored to just eat it boiled.

Let’s go through the ingredients:
- 12 hour soaked Desi Chana and Kabuli Chana
- Salt Boiled peanuts
- 1 Table spoon oil
- Coriander leaves
- Dry Curry Patta
- Crushed skinned Garlic
- Green Chilies
- Dry Red Chilly
- Mustard seeds
Process to cook Chana Peanut Boil Masala:

Boiled the soaked Desi Chana and Kabuli chana for 10 minutes to get it soft. Also boil the peanuts separately.
Take a frying pan, heat it with 1 table spoon of oil. Once heated add the mustard seeds and saute it. Now add the crushed garlic, dry red chilly, crushed dry curry patta and hing. Mix the content well, you get an aroma of it. Now add the green chillies and coriander leaves.
Once the mixture is well prepared add the Desi chana, Kabuli Chana and Peanute to it. Mix the content well enough to get the best taste. Now again sprinkle little hing and pepper powder on it.
Your Chana peanut boil masala is ready to be served hot. You can garnish with fresh scrambles coconut too.
