Cauliflower 65 is a unique dish for vegetarians and non-vegetarians because the taste of masalas are quite same just that this is cooked veg. Here in this dish we will make the mixture first and coat the cauliflower well in it. Cauliflower almost looks like chicken lollipop. Even taste is quite same at times..lol.. ! Once prepare you will see it looks like chicken lollipop.

Let’s go through the ingredients
- Good sized Cauliflower pieces
- Ginger Garlic paste
- ½ Tea spoon cumin seed powder
- Very finely chopped coriander leaves
- Finely chopped curry leaves
- Pinch Turmeric powder
- Hand crushed pepper powder ½ tea spoon
- Lemon juice 1 tea spoon
- ½ Table spoon Red chili powder
- Corn flour
- Maida Flour
- 2 Tea spoon Oil
- Oil for frying

Process to cook Cauliflower 65 or Gobi Pakoda:
Take a bowl to prepare the batter. Add one by one these ingredients Ginger Garlic paste, chopped ginger, curry leaves, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, pepper powder, red chilly powder cumin seed powder ½ table spoon oil, lemon juice, at the end mix these ingredient well enough. Make sure you add the required salt too. Once this mixture is ready add 1 cup of corn flour to it. Now adding the maida needs measurement, so that you get a perfect crispy dish. If you are add 1 cup of corn flour, add ¼ of maida to it. This will give you perfect batter.
Add water and mix the content well enough. Once you see a thick batter is prepared, finally see the salt and spicy taste, if needed add more. Now take the cauliflower and mix it gently with batter. Make sure the batter is evenly coated on cauliflower.
Take frying pan heat enough oil for deep fry. Drop the coated Cauliflower one by one in oil, frying till you see them looking good and crisp. Make sure you maintain the flame well so that none of the cauliflower are burnt.
Separate them in a dish rinse the extra oil and serve it hot with Onion and oil dipped green chilies. Your Gobi Pakoda or we say it Cauliflower 65 is ready to be served.
